At Birch Robot, we want you to love your home as much as we do. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
